Blueberry Buns
- 375 grams warm milk
- 10 grams dried yeast
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp cardamom
- 200 grams sugar
- 50 grams melted butter
- 750 grams flour
- 380 grams fresh blueberries
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 orange zest
- Mix the milk at room temperature with the yeast, in another bowl add the eggs and sugar and beat with a wooden spoon slowly add the cardamom, butter, salt.
- Incorporate everything into a homogenous dough.
- Let the dough stand until it doubles in size (aprox.
- 45 min-1hr)
- Spread the dough and add the fruit (blueberry-sugar-orange zest mix) and roll until the fruit is mixed with dough.
- Proceed to cut into small rolls.
- Line on a greased cookie sheet a few inches apart and cook at 350F for 20 minutes
