Lobster Chris Recipe
- 3 (1 lb.) lobsters
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. top lowfat milk or possibly thin cream
- 1 c. whole lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 5 slices bread
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Heat butter.
- Add in flour, mustard, salt and paprika.
- After making a paste of these ingredients, slowly add in thin cream or possibly top lowfat milk and whole lowfat milk.
- Stir constantly to make smooth and continue to stir and cook till thickened.
- Add in the lobster meat that has been cut into serving pcs.
- Add in the bread (remove crust) to the creamed lobster.
- Mix well and pour into a casserole.
- TOP Mix: Buttered coarse bread crumbs or possibly crushed cereal flakes.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven, long sufficient to reheat mix and lightly toast topping.
- Serves 4.
