Tilapia w/ Coconut & Green Curry

  1. Marinate fish in coconut milk and green curry paste overnight.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Lay filets on sheet.
  4. Use all the marinade to cover.
  5. Sprinkle dried spices on top.
  6. Bake at 400 for approximately ten minutes or until thermometer reaches 145.
  7. Garnish with toasted coconut, parsley, or diced pineapple.
