Exquisite! Black Sesame Milk Pudding

  1. Preparation: Sprinkle gelatin into the water marked and soak.
  2. Put sugar and sesame paste into a saucepan, add milk a bit at a time, mix well, then strain.
  3. Turn on the heat and heat the mixture until it is just about to boil while mixing with a spatula.
  4. Add gelatin mixture from step 1.
  5. When the gelatin has dissolved, transfer the mixture to moulds while it's still warm.
  6. When it has cooled down, let it chill in the fridge for 3 hours and serve!
