Exquisite! Black Sesame Milk Pudding
- 380 ml Milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon Black sesame paste
- 5 grams Gelatin
- 1 tbsp Water
- Preparation: Sprinkle gelatin into the water marked and soak.
- Put sugar and sesame paste into a saucepan, add milk a bit at a time, mix well, then strain.
- Turn on the heat and heat the mixture until it is just about to boil while mixing with a spatula.
- Add gelatin mixture from step 1.
- When the gelatin has dissolved, transfer the mixture to moulds while it's still warm.
- When it has cooled down, let it chill in the fridge for 3 hours and serve!
