Asian Green Salad (Low Fat) Recipe

  1. Salad: Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.
  2. Toss to mix.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender or possibly small jar.
  5. Process briefly or possibly shake well to combine ingredients.
  6. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
  7. Serve at once.
  8. Serves 4.
