Chicken Fajita Marinade
- 14 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons oil (can use 4 tbs oil and omit water)
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 12-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 12 lbs chicken
- mix everything together and pour over chicken (1- 1 1/2 lbs chicken, double for more than that) and refrigerate for at LEAST 2 hours, turn chicken over or squish bag around half way through.
