Moore's Beef Steak
- 1 cup Moore's Original Marinade
- 4 lean steaks, 1-inch thick
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped
- Pour Moores Marinade over the steaks, turning to coat.
- Marinade in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
- Remove steaks from refrigerator and drain.
- Sear steaks on pre-heated grill 2 minutes on each side, basting frequently with fresh (unused) marinade.
- To serve, combine chopped vegetables and spoon over cooked steaks.
