Open-Face Roast Beef Sandwiches

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Spread bread with dressing; place, cut sides up, on baking sheet.
  3. Top with meat and cheese.
  4. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 2 min.
  5. or until meat is heated through and cheese is melted.
  6. Toss lettuce with dressing.
  7. Cover sandwiches with lettuce mixture and onions.
  8. Cut each sandwich in half to serve.
