Southern Chicken Dumplings Recipe

• 1 whole chicken
• 2 c. self-rising flour
• 3/4 c. buttermilk or possibly sweet lowfat milk
• 1/4 c. corn oil

1. Cook chicken in plenty of water till done.
2. Take chicken out of liquid.
3. Debone, set aside.
4. Turn stove on low.
5. Salt and pepper to taste.
