Tina's Potato Salad
- 3 lb russet potatoes
- 2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground tumeric
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red or orange bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions(green tops only)
- 4 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- Wash potatoes place in large pot add water to cover.
- Place on stove top and cook over medium heat until a fork will go through largest potato.
- Drain and remove skins.
- Chop the potatoes and place in a large bowl add all the dry seasonings to potatoes and toss to coat.
- Now add all the other ingredients and stir until everything is blended.
- The potato salad is best refrigerated a few hours before serving.

- I like the bell pepper and green onions very finely chopped in this recipe.
