Southwest SIZZLING SALADS with Chorizo

  1. Place potatoes in microwaveable bowl.
  2. Add water.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 5 min.
  4. or just until potatoes are tender; drain.
  5. Cook chorizo in large skillet on medium-high heat 6 min.
  6. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  7. Drain; return to skillet.
  8. Add potatoes and 1/3 cup Zesty Fajita Cooking Sauce; cook and stir 1 min.
  9. Cover plate with lettuce; top with peppers, tomatoes, chorizo, cheese, olives and chips.
  10. Drizzle with 1/3 cup Barbecue Ranch Dressing.
