Crockpot Spanish Pork Chops

  1. Oil pan till it's warm to hot.
  2. Add garlic into pan.
  3. Put floured chops into pan and fry untill tan on both sides (chops will not be fully cooked)
  4. Put chops with cooked garlic in the crockpot.
  5. In a bowl combine remaining ingreds.
  6. Stir untill all the spices are blended with tomato sauce.
  7. (if you like a more pungent taste add more spices as you like).
  8. Pour tomato mixture on top of chops.
  9. Be sure that all chops are covered.
  10. Put crockpot on low and clover
  11. Cook about 4 hours.
  12. Serve with white rice (put sauce on rice).
  13. Or Spanish rice on the side.
  14. Corn or Flour tortillas go great with this dish.
  15. If you don't have a crockpot you can cook in a cover pan and let simmer for 1 1/2 hour on low/med heat.
  16. Crockpot will give you more tender chops.
