Fajita Beef Pie

  1. Follow the instructions for the master recipe, #71, swapping beef for the chicken.
  2. When you would add the tomato sauce, add the beer and cook it off, 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the fresh thyme.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
  5. Sprinkle on the Pepper Jack as you would the Cheddar.
  6. Delish!
