Saute Lehi with Puna Papaya Pepper Relish

  1. Season fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Saute fillets in olive oil until done.
  3. In a bowl, toss papaya, pineapple, chili sauce, bell peppers and cilantro.
  4. Serve relish along with the lehi.
