Sun-Dried Tomato, Goat Cheese and Artichoke Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Prebake fresh pizza crust, if using, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven, and set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Brush oil on crust.
  5. Top crust with sauce and artichokes.
  6. Sprinkle with soy mozzarella, goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, and serve.
