Holiday Corn Pudding Recipe
- 2 (10 ounce.) Packages Green Giant Niblets Corn in butter sauce
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. whipping cream
- Thaw pkgs.
- of corn in bowl of hot water for about 30 min.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a shallow 1 qt casserole.
- In large bowl beat Large eggs till light.
- Stir in corn, flour, brown sugar and whipping cream.
- Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 60 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Serve immediately.
- Serves 6.
