5-Ingredient Cranberry Glazed Turkey Slow Cooker Meatballs
- 1 cup 100% Cranberry-apple Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 16 ounces, weight Frozen Fully-cooked Turkey Meatballs
- 4 Tablespoons Dried Sweetened Cranberries (optional)
- Combine juice, soy sauce and honey in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle cornstarch on top and whisk well.
- Add frozen meatballs to a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.
- Pour juice mixture on top and sprinkle with dried cranberries, if using.
- Cook on high for 23 hours, or until meatballs are hot in the middle.
- Remove the lid and finish cooking uncovered for 30 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
