Low-fat Broccoli and Cheese Soup

  1. Place frozen broccoli in saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring water to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain boiled broccoli.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan.
  5. Heat on low, stirring often for 3-5 minutes.
