Low-fat Broccoli and Cheese Soup
- 1 can (10 oz.) low-fat condensed cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup with rice
- 1 can (10 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 pint low-fat half and half
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen broccoli
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Place frozen broccoli in saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring water to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
- Drain boiled broccoli.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan.
- Heat on low, stirring often for 3-5 minutes.
