Make-Ahead Pizza-Pasta Bake

  1. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding peppers to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
  2. ; drain.
  3. Return to pan.
  4. Stir in pasta sauce, pepperoni, Parmesan and 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
  5. Spoon pasta mixture into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Cool.
  7. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  8. Freeze up to 2 months.
  9. Refrigerate overnight to thaw.
  10. Heat oven 375F.
  11. Remove plastic wrap from baking dish; cover with foil.
  12. Bake 55 min.
  13. or until heated through, uncovering after 45 min.
