Make-Ahead Pizza-Pasta Bake
- 3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 each small green and red pepper, chopped Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 2 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups thin pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese, divided
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding peppers to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
- ; drain.
- Return to pan.
- Stir in pasta sauce, pepperoni, Parmesan and 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
- Spoon pasta mixture into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Cool.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- Freeze up to 2 months.
- Refrigerate overnight to thaw.
- Heat oven 375F.
- Remove plastic wrap from baking dish; cover with foil.
- Bake 55 min.
- or until heated through, uncovering after 45 min.
