Crunchy Healthy Sandwich
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 6 leaves lettuce
- 20 g carrots
- 20 g red capsicums
- 20 g pimientos
- 10 g tomatoes
- 25 ml plum puree
- 20 ml tomato sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 3 g dry basil
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- Shred all the vegetables.
- Mix with yogurt and seasoning.
- Apply yogurt on the bread slices.
- Place lettuce leaf and then the filling.
- Mix plum puree and little tomato sauce and serve along with the sandwich.
