BOCA Roasted Vegetable Chili

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Combine vegetables, garlic and oil in 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Bake 15 min.
  4. or until vegetables are golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  5. Transfer to large saucepan.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
  7. Cook on medium-high heat 10 min.
  8. or until crumbles are cooked through (160 degrees F), stirring occasionally.
