Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

  1. Trim all fat from the pork shoulder.
  2. Place chopped onion in your slow cooker.
  3. Put pork on top and add 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays).
  4. Do not mix.
  5. Cover and cook on High setting for 8 hours.
  6. After 8 hours, drain most of the liquid.
  7. I usually leave in about a half cup so the meat doesnt dry out.
  8. Using 2 forks, pull the meat apart.
  9. Place back in your slow cooker, stir in remaining sauce, and cook on Low setting for 1 1/2-2 hours more.
  10. Serve on toasted rolls and add more sauce if you need.
  11. Delish!
