Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
- 1 whole (6 To 8 .b. Size) Pork Shoulder
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 2 cups Barbecue Sauce, Divided
- Trim all fat from the pork shoulder.
- Place chopped onion in your slow cooker.
- Put pork on top and add 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays).
- Do not mix.
- Cover and cook on High setting for 8 hours.
- After 8 hours, drain most of the liquid.
- I usually leave in about a half cup so the meat doesnt dry out.
- Using 2 forks, pull the meat apart.
- Place back in your slow cooker, stir in remaining sauce, and cook on Low setting for 1 1/2-2 hours more.
- Serve on toasted rolls and add more sauce if you need.
- Delish!
