Pig Picken Cake

  1. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges in a large bowl. Blend on low speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Grease and flour 2 layer cake pans.
  3. Bake at 350u0b0 for 33 to 38 minutes.
  4. Mix pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups milk until thick.
  5. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  6. Add pineapple and whipped topping to pudding; blend well.
  7. When cake has cooled, poke holes with a toothpick and pour reserved pineapple juice evenly over layers.
  8. Frost with the pudding mixture.
  9. Top cake with pecans, if desired.
