Moos Manhattan

  1. Pour wet ingredients into a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add another dash of Angostura to a chilled coupe.
  4. Twist the lemon and orange peels directly over the coupe.
  5. Vigorously rub the peels inside the coupe, then discard them.
  6. Add 1 brandied cherry.
  7. Strain the liquid into the prepared glass.
