Leftover Chicken Parm Pizza

  1. Unroll the dough onto a pizza stone sprayed with cooking spray (a sheet pan will work just fine).
  2. Spread it out so its an even thickness.
  3. If it tears, dont freak out, just mush it back together.
  4. Sprinkle on some salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and some olive oil.
  5. Bake the crust on 425F for 10 minutes.
  6. While the crust prebakes and gets brown, chop up your leftover breaded chicken.
  7. When the crust has browned slighlty, spread on a thin layer of sauce, pile on the chicken and spread it out so every bite gets some, top it with the cheese and sprinkle on the basil.
  8. Return it to the oven for another 10-12 minutes so the cheese melts and the rest of the ingredients get warm.

dough, chicken cutlets, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, basil, salt, extra virgin
