Salisbury Steaks Recipe

• 3 pound hamburger
• 1 c. quick oats
• 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
• 3 tbsp. baking pwdr
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
• 1 sm. minced onion
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk

1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Make into balls and brown in shortening.
3. Place in roaster.
