Fuu-chan's Egg Sandwich
- 6 slice Sliced sandwich bread
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Spread a thin layer of margarine on the bread and set aside.
- Mix together the eggs, sugar, and salt.
- In a lightly oiled frying pan, scramble the eggs while being careful not to burn them.
- When they're about halfway cooked, turn off the heat and thoroughly mix the mayonnaise with the egg.
- Sandwich the egg mixture in the bread and cut the sandwiches into easy-to-eat pieces.
- The sweet, soft, just-cooked egg is a big hit with children.
- They're even good for a lunch box when cooled.
