Fuu-chan's Egg Sandwich

  1. Spread a thin layer of margarine on the bread and set aside.
  2. Mix together the eggs, sugar, and salt.
  3. In a lightly oiled frying pan, scramble the eggs while being careful not to burn them.
  4. When they're about halfway cooked, turn off the heat and thoroughly mix the mayonnaise with the egg.
  5. Sandwich the egg mixture in the bread and cut the sandwiches into easy-to-eat pieces.
  6. The sweet, soft, just-cooked egg is a big hit with children.
  7. They're even good for a lunch box when cooled.
