Chicken & Rice Casserole
- 10 3/4 ounces soup, cream of celery condensed, canned
- 2 each chicken breasts, halves, skinless, boneless
- 1 each mushrooms, canned 2 oz can, sliced, undrained
- 1 tablespoon onion soup mix dry
- 1/2 cup rice raw, long grain, converted
- Combine the soup, mushrooms and rice in a well greased slow cooker.
- Stir well.
- Lay the chicken breasts on top of the mixture.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix over.
- Cover.
- Cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours.
- Serve hot.
