Sour Cream Chicken Squares Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inch.
  3. Mix baking mix and water till soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
  4. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured covered board.
  5. Knead 5 times.
  6. Roll dough into rectangle, 14x10 inch.
  7. Place dough in dish so wedges are 1/2 inch up sides.
  8. Mix remaining ingredients; pour proportionately over dough.
  9. Bake till edges are golden brown, about 25 min.
