Macaroni, Carciofi, & Cheese Recipe drprod

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Boil the macaroni until al dente and set aside.
  3. Boil the artichokes until theyre done.
  4. (Theyre ready when an outside leaf pulls off easily.)
  5. Take out the artichoke hearts.
  6. In a big bowl, mix the artichoke hearts, garlic, eggs, pecorino and ricotta cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Put the macaroni in a layer in a baking pan.
  9. Pour the mixture over it.
  10. Bake for around 30 minutes.
  11. Its ready when its brown and crispy on top.
