Easy Crab and Tomato Cream Spaghetti

  1. Remove the crab meat from the shell.
  2. Heat a frying pan and add the olive oil.
  3. Crush the garlic clove and add to the pan, and saute until fragrant.
  4. Add the canned tomatoes liquid and all while crushing the tomatoes.
  5. Add the bay leaf, and simmer.
  6. When the tomato has reduced a bit, start boiling the spaghetti.
  7. Put the crab meat in the frying pan and season with salt and pepper.
  8. If the sauce needs more flavor, add some of the brown meat from the crab - it will become really rich and delicious!
  9. Just before the spaghetti finishes cooking, add the cream to the sauce and bring to a boil.
  10. Put the freshly cooked spaghetti in the frying pan and mix with the sauce.
  11. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with parsley, and it's done.
