Toblerone* Brownies

  1. Place the TOBLERONE* and butter into a saucepan and heat gently until chocolate is melted.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in the sugar, flour, eggs and sour cream until well combined.
  4. Pour into a well lined 20 x 30cm lamington tin.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Cool on a wire rack, cut into pieces dust with cocoa and serve.
