Brownie Bottom Pudding Pie Recipe
- 4 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Or possibly
- 1 pkt (4 ounce.) Baker's German's Sweet Baking Chocolate
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or possibly margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. minced nuts -- optional
- 2 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
- 2 pkt (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Cold Whip Whipped Topping thawed
- * Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- (325 degrees for glass pie plate) Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan.
- * Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- Stir till chocolate is melted.
- Stir in sugar, Large eggs, and vanilla.
- Fold in flour, then nuts.
- Spread in pan.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- Cold.
- * Pour lowfat milk into large bowl.
- Add in pudding mixes.
- Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
- Let stand 2 min.
- Spread over brownie pie.
- Top with whipped topping.
- Garnish with grated Baker's Chocolate.
- Chill till ready to serve.
