Roast Potato Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing
- 1 kg Desiree potatoes, cut into thick chunks or wedges
- 400g sweet potato, cut into thick rounds
- 3 onions, cut into eighths
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup low fat natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- Place the potato, sweet potato and onion into a baking dish, dust with garlic powder, and spray with canola cooking spray.
- Bake in a moderate oven 180C for 45-60 minutes.
- Turning occasionally.
- Combine the mayonnaise, natural yoghurt, mustard and milk to form a dressing and drizzle over the warm vegetable.
- Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
