Roast Potato Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

  1. Place the potato, sweet potato and onion into a baking dish, dust with garlic powder, and spray with canola cooking spray.
  2. Bake in a moderate oven 180C for 45-60 minutes.
  3. Turning occasionally.
  4. Combine the mayonnaise, natural yoghurt, mustard and milk to form a dressing and drizzle over the warm vegetable.
  5. Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
