Homemade Sausage Stuffing Recipe

  1. In frying pan cook sausage and onions (add in salt and pepper to taste).
  2. In large bowl break loaves of bread into small pcs and soak with water, squeeze excess water.
  3. Add in 3 Large eggs, celery and the cooked sausage and onion mix (UNDRAINED).
  4. Mix well, add in Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs to desired consistency (about 1/2 package).
  5. Stuff into turkey or possibly cook (bake) in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
