Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Skillet
- 2 cups whole wheat rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
- Cook pasta as directed on package omitting salt; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken and onions in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min.
- or until onions are crisp-tender and chicken is done.
- Add pasta, broccoli, soup and milk; stir.
- Cover.
- Cook 6 to 8 min.
- or until heated through.
- Stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese; cover.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
