Easy Cold-Brewed Coffee
- 6-1/2 cups cold water, divided
- 1-3/4 cups MAXWELL HOUSE Ground Coffee
- Add 3-1/2 cups water to coffee grounds in 2-qt.
- pitcher; stir until dissolved.
- Cover with plastic wrap; let stand at room temperature 12 hours.
- Line fine-mesh strainer with coffee filter; place over medium bowl.
- Slowly pour coffee, in small batches, through filter; let stand until all the coffee is strained.
- Discard grounds.
- Return strained coffee to pitcher.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
- Add remaining water to coffee in pitcher just before serving; stir.
- Serve in ice-filled glasses.
