Barbecued Pork Butt Recipe

  1. Combine all of the dry ingredients and blend well.
  2. Prepare the pork butt as desired.
  3. Cook with or possibly without the bone.
  4. Trim the cap fat.
  5. Season all over with the seasoning mix.
  6. Rub in if you like.
  7. Cook on a covered, medium warm grill with a water pan for 7 to 10 hrs.
