Turkey Treasure Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette
- 9-1/2 gal. mixed salad greens
- 3 gal. baby spinach leaves
- 3 qt. canned beet slices, drained
- 3 qt. grape tomatoes, halved Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 3 qt. canned mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1-1/2 gal. LOUIS RICH Turkey Bulk Oven Roasted, cut into strips
- 3 cups walnuts, toasted, chopped
- 3 cups California raisins
- 2-1/2 qt. KRAFT FREE Raspberry Vinaigrette Fat Free Dressing
- For each serving: Toss 2 cups salad greens and 1 cup spinach; place in carry-out salad container.
- Top with 1/4 cup each beets, tomatoes and oranges; cover with 1/2 cup turkey and 1 Tbsp.
- each walnuts and raisins.
- Place 3 Tbsp.
- dressing in portion cup; cover with lid.
- Place cup in salad container; close container lid.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
