Crock Pot Chili
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt
- pepper
- chili powder
- clove
- shredded cheddar cheese
- Cook ground beef in a skillet on medium until brown, drain.
- Add cooked beef and the rest of ingredients in the crock pot.
- Add spices to taste (I often add a little hot sauce as well to give it a kick).
- Cook in crock pot on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for about 4-5 hours.
- Garnish individual bowls with cheese.
