Fennel And Orange Salad

• 1 orange
• 1 medium fennel
• 3/4 small orange juice
• 1/4 cup extra olive oil
• 1/2 tsp mustard seed
• 1 dash salt and pepper

1. ORANGE VINAIGRETTE
2. mix well olive oil and orange juice with mustard seed (optional for a sweeter orange taste add more orange juice )
3. SALAD
4. thinly slice fennnel and 1 whole orange flesh
5. SERVE IMMEDIATELY
