Macaroni Mushroom with Bolognese Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 grams grated cheese
- 250 grams macaroni
- 100 grams mushroom
- 150 grams Bolognese Sauce
- Boil the macaroni, add some salt
- Chop the mushroom and onion
- After the macaroni is well-cooked, drain it.
- Move it to the bowl, add some butter to make sure it wont be ropy
- Put the bolognese sauce into the pan, add the chopped mushroom and onion also, stir it with small fire, make sure the mushroom is well-cooked.
- Mix the macaroni with the sauce
- Pour the grated cheese while it still hot, so the cheese will melt and covering the macaroni.
- Done!
