Crusty Chicken Breasts Recipe

• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp. prepared mustard
• 1 stick melted butter
• 8 boned chicken breasts
• 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) herbed stuffing mix, crushed

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Use 9 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
3. Thoroughly mix mayonnaise, mustard and butter.
4. Dip chicken breasts in the mix and roll in the stuffing.
5. Place the chicken in baking dish.
6. If there is stuffing left, stir it with the remaining butter mix and sprinkle around the chicken.
7. Bake covered for 1 hour.
8. Then remove cover and bake an additional 30 min.
9. This can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated till time to bake.
