Laredo Supper
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 3/4 cups Onion, Chopped
- 3/4 cups Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 jar (8 Oz. Jar) Cheese Whiz With Jalapenos
- 1 can (16 Oz. Can) Kidney Beans, Drained
- Corn Chips, To Serve
- Brown meat in a large skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked then drain grease.
- Add onions and green pepper.
- Cook until tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients (except chips).
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve with corn chips.
- Top with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese or salsa if desired.
