Avocado & Prosciutto Bites
- 1 avocado
- 10 slices prosciutto, strips
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- fresh cracked pepper
- Cut avocado in half, remove seed and discard, peel rind.
- Cut halves into 5 wedges of avocado (10 wedges for one avocado).
- Wrap one slice of prosciutto around avocado.
- Repeat for all 10 wedges.
- Arrange wedges on serving plate.
- In small bowl, combine garlic, oil, lemon juice, and oregano.
- Mix well and pour atop avocado wedges.
- Sprinle with fresh craked pepper and serve.
