Chicken Ranch Pasta #RSC
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 34 cup Greek yogurt
- 12 cup milk or 12 cup half-and-half
- 1 (1/2 ounce) package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 12 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 cups macaroni noodles, cooked (1 box)
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- Place chicken in crock pot.
- Pour melted butter over chicken.
- Mix ranch mix into chicken broth and pour over buttered chicken breasts.
- Cook mixture on high for 3 hours.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, greek yogurt and milk/half and half.
- Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and stir.
- Pour over chicken and cook for another 30 minutes to an hour.
- Serve over macaroni.
