Gord's No Bake Protein Bars

  1. Heat Syrup on High.
  2. Add Peanut Butter mixing well over medium heat.
  3. Add ALL of the ingredients and whatever else may come to the imagination.
  4. Mix well and quickly before the "mash" hardens.
  5. Remove from pot and flatten on a tray/plate.
  6. Pre cut/outline 8 bars.
  7. Cool in the fridge for 2 hrs.
