Potato and Blue Cheese Pizza
- 1 quantity Pizza Dough
- 125 g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1 medium desiree potato, unpeeled, very finely sliced Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 red onion, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- rosemary sprigs
- 60 g blue cheese, crumbled
- olive oil spray
- Pizza Dough
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried yeast
- 1/3 cup lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ROLL out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a 20cm x 30cm rectangular pizza base.
- SPREAD the PHILLY over the pizza base then top with potato, onion, rosemary and blue cheese.
- Spray well with oil.
- BAKE the pizza in a hot oven 200C for 1015 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
- Pizza Dough COMBINE in a bowl the flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
- Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and stir in the combined water and oil.
- Stir to form a soft dough.
- TURN onto a floured surface and knead for 35 minutes.
- Place in a lightly greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Stand in a warm place for 2025 minutes or until dough has doubled in size.
- Use as required.
