Potato and Blue Cheese Pizza

  1. ROLL out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a 20cm x 30cm rectangular pizza base.
  2. SPREAD the PHILLY over the pizza base then top with potato, onion, rosemary and blue cheese.
  3. Spray well with oil.
  4. BAKE the pizza in a hot oven 200C for 1015 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Pizza Dough COMBINE in a bowl the flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
  7. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and stir in the combined water and oil.
  8. Stir to form a soft dough.
  9. TURN onto a floured surface and knead for 35 minutes.
  10. Place in a lightly greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
  11. Stand in a warm place for 2025 minutes or until dough has doubled in size.
  12. Use as required.
