Honey and Mustard Glazed Corn

  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil.
  2. Strip the husks and trailing strings and place the cobs in the pan.
  3. Boil for 8-10 mins until the kernels are tender.
  4. Drain well.
  5. Place butter, mustard and honey in a large frying pan and heat until butter has melted.
  6. Add the drained cobs to the pan and turn to coat in the glaze.
  7. Serve immediately.
