Three Bean Hot Dish
- 2 lb. hamburger or deer burger
- 1 lb. bacon, cut up
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. barbecue spice
- Cook bacon, onion and hamburger in a pan on stove, stirring to break up meat until brown.
- Drain.
- Place in crock-pot.
- Add beans, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; mix well and add to meat mixture.
- Mix until blended.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
